Not every company would ask its customers to help them design their next website.

That's just one of the ways BEHRINGER is different from other companies. We really do want to know what you think. Like, for real. Honest.

Our goal is to create a killer website that reflects well on you and us. We're committed to making you a big part of the new BEHRINGER, and we hope you'll take a few minutes to check out some designs we've been tossing around.

A lot goes into designing a website. Everything from aesthetics and branding to nerdy concepts like "user interface design" and "information architecture". This poll is kinda like a really big focus group.

When you visit a website, what is important to you? It may be as simple as just finding what you're looking for, fast. Maybe the most important thing is for you to feel a strong connection with the company. Above all, we want to create a website with a look and feel that captures what BEHRINGER means to you.

Lest we get too philosophical, let's get to the point. Look at the designs below and cast your vote. Go with your gut or think long and hard. It's up to you.

Contest of Chance

These are the official rules that govern how the BEHRINGER Web Design V-AMP3 Giveaway contest promotion will operate. This promotion will be simply referred to as the “Contest” throughout the rest of these rules. In these rules, “we” “our” and “us” refer to BEHRINGER, the Sponsor of the Contest. “You,” “yourself,” “I,” “me,” and “my” refers to an eligible Contest entrant.

To enter, you must be at least 18 years old.

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing no earlier than 15 days after the close of the contest. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entries are the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Winners will be notified by email. Sponsor is not be liable for: (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the Contest entry form; or (2) entries and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind. Winners will be given three (3) business days from the first day of notification to respond to claim prize(s). A non-response by the winner after the specified three (3) business days will be considered winner's forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of acceptance of a prize. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the Winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and country) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Contest and/or promotion sponsored by them, without further compensation in connection with this Contest or the prize awarded.

Winners agree through submitting their entry electronically to waive all claims of liability against the Sponsor, their affiliates, and their respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from participation in the Contest or from the claim and use of any prize. The winners shall be responsible and liable for all taxes imposed by their country and jurisdiction for the value of their prize. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable jurisdictional laws and regulations.

This Contest shall be governed by Washington state law. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that Washington courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and that venue shall be exclusively in King County, Washington.
